The forums are a great vehicle for dispute resolution. Disputes happen at licensed land based casino's all the time as well. They will happen at even the best of BOOKS. MANY small problems are handled well in-house with higher ups at the book just be patient.

Most books will resolve a dispute fairly to avoid it going to the forums given a chance, only low end books won't, or very complicated cases usually require help from mods, SBR, TOW, etc.
