Let's get around this gambling ban

Attorneys...... Tell me how we get around this online gambling ban.

Can I form a Corporation in Las Vegas. Establish a bank account in Nevada. Transfer funds from that account to a book. Then post plays from a home in Florida?

I'm not familiar with the ban. Is it based on where you funded the account, or where you're physically located at when you place the wager? Is it even legal to gamble online in Nevada?

Here's how you get around the ban...you just keep doing what you have been doing. It's not your problem, it's the problem of the guys taking bets and they don't seem to give a damn about the US posturing on this. One thing is for certain, no fed is going to come knock down your door and bust you for merely placing bets either on the net or on the phone.

What if you're betting 25k a night? And lately (thankfully) doing quite well at it? I place, on average, 10 wagers a night. Average $2.5k a bet. Obviously my bank roll is decent. Just wondering if I should be smarter about this.

If it's the sportsbooks that the Feds are after, over the individual, then I'll breathe easier. With Bush basically saying it's ok for the gov't to tap our phones & internet, I just wondered.

I'd be a little bit worried if I had a 6 figure balance sitting in offshore gambling accounts. Based on your action, it seems like that could be the case. You never know what could happen in today's environment.

What does everyone else think?
