It’s easy to be seduced by Cal’s explosiveness. But I’m not sure oddsmakers have it right making the Golden Bears a five-point favorite for Thursday’s Holiday Bowl against Texas A&M in San Diego. Yes, both teams are 9-3. But let’s compare pointspread marks and current form. Both clearly favor the Aggies.
