They must - I never get the line from live lines - and the game is never inflated for me - I want Navy +8 - live lines shows +8 but I get +7.5

Yes. However, even with teh inflated lines, sometimes they still have the best dog number.

All the books would want you to think it's O.K. to do this to their customers. Good for the customers who use these books.
