:youmad: Is there anyone here using? I was on board with them from the start for two years, but regreatably left. I thought they have great product , at a great price, > The guys are realy nice to deal with and you feel like you are more than a number. I left because if something went wrong, there was never anyone there . It always went down at early hours and i realize there cannot be someone there 24 hours, however i would e mail for help and never hear back. I have heard that they have new software , with extra people now. Another problem was their scores, especially the games starting , sometimes lagged.Anyone know if that has improved as i liked doing business with, but cant't sacrifice my feelings for money. Thanks

I will answer this honestly. I am the lead developer over at G&J (the one responsible for the new software). I am not sure if I was there when you were, but since I have been there we have always put an effort on making the customer feel important. I personally answer the phone and emails from our customers, and I always try to be honest with everyone. On top of that you can always ask for one of the owners and get them on the phone too. I would also say it is safe to assume that you can get someone on the phone at almost any time now.

One thing I can say is the bigger you get, the more criticism you get. It has been great for product development. One of the complaints people have had is the scores just like you mentioned. So on tuesday we are starting to make a switch to a new mixed score feed. With a little work we hope it will become the fastest in the industry.

Call the office and tell them you posted on TheRX. Tell them Mike asked you to call. Get one of the owners on the phone to give you a free pass for a couple of weeks. We definitely want you back as a customer. Thank you for reading my reply.

sounds like a infomercial.they were good to deal with yet i never heard back from them

I guess the wording was a little redundent. I was pleased in the beginning, but as they grew i had problems. I guess that happens with a lot of companies. it is impossible to comprehend growth sometimes.

Good post Buddy.

G&J have come along way, and continue to work hard to improve their product. And, I know for a fact that they have improved on some of the issues they had early on.

I know Mike personally, and he is defiantly one of the hardest working guys I have ever met.

They may not be perfect yet, but they are worth checking out, especially with the free trials.

the old one was just as good...I like the fact you can get update on las vegas casino also..Plus it cost less than don best

Gino is also a good guy We help each other from time to time
