1. Everyone saw Romo throw 5 TD's on national TV and the fans helped vote him in. Against the Bucs???!!! Who cares? FAN ALL STAR VOTING SHOULD BE BANNED IN ALL SPORTS! How many times are we going to tolerate this stupidity. You probably should play more than half the season to get in also.

2. Speaking of overrated QB's, as much as I would like to see it, San Diego is not going to the SB. This is because of Rivers. (see last two games) If any team can slow Tominson down even a little they have a chance. It could be Baltimore. And it is Schottenheimer in the playoffs - anyone think Marty ball might rear its ugly head?

3. Jon Gruden is a horrible talent evaluator. Carnell Williams is a bust and everyone now knows it except for him. Don't even bother calling him Cadillac anymore. Gradkowski has no business playing in the NFL (at least not yet). How could he not have gone with Rattay when Simms got hurt? Quite simply, it is because his of his massive ego and wanting to play HIS draft pick. Even the Carnell ankle injury was a ruse to allow Gruden to save face and run Pittman and Alstott the last two games.

4. The NFL would be a lot better if we could get rid of the Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions franchises. How much more should we tolerate these franchises and their horrid front office decisions? These dog franchises need to be put out of their misery like Old Yeller. I leave the Raiders off this list because at least they have been in the SB this decade.

5. I need to off myself like Old Yeller for betting on the Browns and Lions this year.

6. It was pointless for the Giants to win yesterday. They will get embarassed next week at Philly. Memo to Giants: What the hell took you idiots so long to put the team on Tiki's back?

7. The NFC sucks. This is not news to anyone but I thought I would reiterate. I mean the Packers still had a shot at the playoffs earlier today and they were shutout twice at home this year. And I'm a Packers fan and I thought it was a joke.

8. If you win your division record wise but get swept by a division rival, you are really NOT division champs. I'm talking to you New Orleans and Seattle. What a shock - they're both in the NFC.

9. Rex Grossman and Donovan McNabb will never be SB champs. McNabb can't finish a season and Rex sucks and he usually can't finish a season. The double whammy.

10. If Eric Mangini is not the coach of the year, then there is no justice. If Sean Payton gets it, the voters are idiots. Mangini did a lot more with a lot less. Also, the Jets play in the AFC. Peyton let his team get swept today by Carolina. I don't care that they had nothing to play for. They have no mo and will have no mo football after their first playoff game.

Happy new year everyone!

Classic, blaming a rooke qb for the best record in the league and homefield for the playoffs ...

How many other NFL teams wouldn't mind being in that position?

Speaking of amazing things, what do these players have in common?

They have scored as many - or more TD's as the Raiders Offense. :puppy:

NEWSFLASH ...

Overrated QB goes 14-2, only loses were last second FG's in KC and Balt ...

I'm fucking loving being a Charger Homie this year REGARDLESS of what happens in the playoffs ... young d and qb, gotta wear shades!

Their 14-2 record is because of LT and their defense, not Rivers. Rivers is in a position that Dilfer was in with Baltimore. Manage the game, don't turn the ball over and let everyone else around you win the game for you.

Hopefully the NFC dont let him do the holding of the ball in the pro bowl for the kicker.
