I never played at Vip before and thought the Rx Bonus was a great deal. My first problem was it was new years eve. and I sent the western union of 200.00 and went to go run around to prepare for the evening. I call in control # and it takes roughly 75 minutes for money to post and I missed a game I wanted to play. Within that 75 minutes I called twice and was told to call back in 15 minutes. If that wasn't bad enough to claim the bonus you have do send an e-mail, well this is a rule and thats fine but I told them I didn't have Internet access could they please help me claim the bonus. They said no one was in the sales office and I would have to send it via E-mail. So I drop what I'm doing and go home send the e-mail nothing happens, no bonus. I call them back and they say I am a lifetime winner at NINe.com and will not be eligible for the bonus. Needless to say I would have posted elsewhere had I known. Above and beyond the no bonus the Customer Service was horrible...
