Anyone Else Spy Annoucer Bias in the Boise St/Oklahoma Game?

Maybe because I'm on BSU, but it seems that every time Oklahama screws up or loses yardage it's because of "the play calling," or some other excuse, other than the solid and inspired play of Boise State.

These guys seem angry that BSU is on top right now.

Does it matter?

Many of the announcers gamble, some are a bit more obvious than others. I just consider them white noise.

I did listen intently to Sumerall today just because he says such bizarrely idiotic stuff.

I think he was talking about the score.

Yeah, some of these guys bet, but it's also, and mainly I think, that they announce the big teams, know the coaches, know the players, and have a built-in emotional commitment, and thus a bias.
