Did they recently switch to Prima? i always remember it said "powered by microgaming" on the login page. I live in Canada, but I know Microgaming services the US as well.
Either way, intertops doesnt have the fancy graphics that others such as playtech does. But they have decent player liquidity. Just stay clear of thier instant Black Jack they try to sucker you onto and you will be fine.
