I'll throw it out on here, because apparently the question is too complicated for the CRIS customer service reps to asnwer. I've emailed them three times since Christmas, and I keep getting back the same automated response which DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION.
Does CRIS still offer its debit card as a withdraw option? I ask this because there is no mention of it in the "withdraw" page, and also because the card used to be advertised on the CRIS home page, but it no longer is there. I received my debit card in Sept, but have yet put it to use because of the very vague info I've received about the card.
Also, is Western Union and/or MoneyGram a withdraw option at CRIS? Again, I ask because it does have this as an option on its page, but I have read several times on this forum that they no longer payout via WU or MG.
Hope someone who has experiened a recent withdraw can explain better than the CRIS customer service reps. Heck, I've even made it VERY CLEAR in my emails that the ONLY reason I haven't reloaded my account was because of the lack of info I was receiving regarding new payout policies. It sems as though they read one or two words of my email and reply with a form letter.
Thanks for any and all info!!!!
