I'll throw it out on here, because apparently the question is too complicated for the CRIS customer service reps to asnwer. I've emailed them three times since Christmas, and I keep getting back the same automated response which DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION.

Does CRIS still offer its debit card as a withdraw option? I ask this because there is no mention of it in the "withdraw" page, and also because the card used to be advertised on the CRIS home page, but it no longer is there. I received my debit card in Sept, but have yet put it to use because of the very vague info I've received about the card.

Also, is Western Union and/or MoneyGram a withdraw option at CRIS? Again, I ask because it does have this as an option on its page, but I have read several times on this forum that they no longer payout via WU or MG.

Hope someone who has experiened a recent withdraw can explain better than the CRIS customer service reps. Heck, I've even made it VERY CLEAR in my emails that the ONLY reason I haven't reloaded my account was because of the lack of info I was receiving regarding new payout policies. It sems as though they read one or two words of my email and reply with a form letter.

Thanks for any and all info!!!!

yea WU and moneygram are no longer options there but the debit card is...you have to call and make the withdraw and is very simple to do, so when you are ready to withdraw just call them and tell them you want a cris card withdraw.

I got this message directly from cris live chat, I was asking about the card, b/c i never got mine in the mail.

CS - Barnard: The Debit Cards are not going to be sent anymore, because the service provider, CardOnePlus, is not working with us anymore. We don't have an estimated time frame for the service to be put up again, but for now it is not available

So it sounds by that chat session that the use of the debit card is not an option even for those who already have one?????

Okay, I guess the Debit Card is indeed a thing of the past at CRIS (at least for now)...... Just this morning, I received a CRIS email which provided instructions on how to deposit / withdraw via the debit card.

CS - Hazel: Welcome to the Live Chat Support. How can I help you today?
ME: just wanted to check and see if the Debit Card is still a withdraw option. I keep getting conflicting responses from CRIS
CS - Hazel: not right now
ME: and western union and moneygram?
CS - Hazel: we offer moneygram
CS - Hazel: for payouts....no debit card or WU at this time.

Why not use neteller? get it to there in about an hour, and to your bank account in less than a day.
