Just an FYI for those that play at 5dimes, more specifically in the poker rooms associated with 5 Dimes.

I was told today that out of the blue, they have decided to hold payouts for 72 hours if you have played in the poker rooms. You think somewhere on the website you would mention this, but according to them they have the right to change the rules whenver they see fit. Great, how bout you start holding payouts for any wager over a $1 for 72 hours just to make sure scores aren't changed.

Great way to fuck your customers if you ask me. :103631605

I wouldn't have a problem with it had they stated this on the website somewhere.

I edited the title of the thread to better reflect what is happening.

would you like me to look into this for you?

if so you can email me your account # and a brief synopsis of the situation to sportsavant@therx.com and I will forward it to 5dimes managment.

I have always received my payouts the same day.

BUT

I do not play poker, maybe they have some kind of verification process they have to go through for poker?

Poker Room money transfers have always been different.

This is the first I have heard of 72 hours but 24 hours is a routine hold on Poker room transfers. 5Dimes CSD Phone Number - 1-800-305-3517.

As per our agreement with both poker networks, a 24 hour hold may be placed on any profitted funds transferred from a poker network to 5Dimes. This hold is implemented for the fraud protection of all companies on the network. Bonus schemes, chip dumping, and collaboration will not be tolerated on any of the 5Dimes networks. Any account involved in such activity will be deleted.

Wil,

24 hours is understandable, yet that is not what I was told. I was told 72 hours.

Please verify this for me. I made a withdraw last week and there was no 24 hour hold.

Sounds like there may have been an incident in one of the poker rooms, you could have been sitting at the wrong table at the wrong time. I would not take it personal unless you are accused of something you did not do. Chip dumping has a negative effect on honest players and is no different than playing live poker with with a guy who has an ace hidden up his sleeve. Everyone can be hurt.

If you decide you want me to check it out email me your account number and any other details you feel may be pertinent.

However, I am calling it a day now (started at 4AM EDT this morning) but will be working all day tomorrow.
