: I requested a withdrawl last Thurday and I still hasn't shown up in my bank account. I usually get the next day but not this time. Can you see if everthing is okay.

CS - George: the reason why the money its not at your account, its because we have a delay on the pay outs, but the money its going to be at your account by the end of the day or tomorrow morning
: Why was their a delay? Someone should have told me this.

Direct deposit into my bank account. I do this all the time with them and I alway's get it the next day. I'll see what happens tomorrow.

The last time I withdrew from BetCRIS on a Saturday they told me they don't process withdrawals during the weekend. The money was in my Neteller account on Monday.

Well my funds never showed up as promised today so I put a call into them this morning and now their telling me I have to wait 3 to 5 business days.WTF!!! The info I got from them yesterday was all BS. I will never withdraw this way again. This sucks!

isnt 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, quite standard for this type of withdrawal?

also, there was a weekend involved here.

When I first requested my money they told me I would have it the next day then yesterday I was told I would have it today. I made the request last Thursday.

Other books will have your withdrawal in minutes and on weekends.

I understand it may be frustrating because you have gotten the payouts faster in the past, and maybe the CS agent at BetCris set some unrealistic expectations this time,

however,

in my experience, 3-5 business days for EFT is standard in the banking world, both with offshore transactions and regular transactions.

Hope you get it soon.

I will admit, I only use Neteller so maybe I am way out of the loop here, but I always though EFT's invloved business days and at least 2 of them. I realize many people get the faster from time to time, but I always saw them advertised as 3-5 business days.

I meant to Neteller, not bank account. I didn't see post #3 where he is depositing to his bank account.
