I think they just gave co-MVP's out. I don't know whether I win, lose or push with the field. i knew they'd do something weird here.

Books must be scrambling to figure this one out and i expect people to complain one way or the other.

I believe the correct payout would be half the price of Leak, and half the price for the field.

wonder how Pinny will grade this one

Pinny graded Leak the winner, but I'm not buying it. I think I've got something coming for the field. The PROP didn't specify OFFENSIVE MVP. It just said "MVP".

This would seem logical. "Dead heat" rules.

I'm currently in litigation with Pinny on it. Does anyone have a source naming these two as the MVPs?

But they can't push the two co-MVPs and keep the losing bets also. It's like a dead-heat in a horse-race, as Santo mentioned.

Co-MVP's...at what point will the political correctness stop?

They ended up giving a refund, but I think bets on Leak and the field should've got a split price, dead-heat style.

I can't believe there isn't/wasn't pre-determined rules for this. Can't be that hard to imagine happening.

So they took all losing bets and pushed the Leak and field bets??? What??? Robbery if this is the case

Good point. Yes, that is inherently inconsistent. That cannot stand. Does Pinnacle really not have any rule covering this sort of thing in any context?

Did your friend get a refund on his Tebow bet?

Someone please explain to me why this would not be graded like a dead-heat. That's the only way to correctly handle it.

They shouldn't be keeping losers and pushing the co-winners. If you will, see if you can get an update on your friend's Tebow bet.

I guess it ends with Pinny pushing the two co-MVP's. I don't know if they kept the losers, or made every bet a push. "any other player" at +500 to +550 was probably the worst outcome for them, so they were probably not anxious to split the prices, dead-heat style. They declined to give an explanation as to why they didn't split the prices. Maybe it's covered in their rules...I have to check. I know that any Nevada Gaming Control Board governed book in Nevada would have had to split the prices on the two co-MVP's.
