Ok guys, I have 10k in a book right now...Thats a pretty decent penny to me, as Im still in college. My goal would be to get it up to $15,000 by the end of may. Is that asking to much, should I lower my goal? I have been here before...and I always have had bad money management.

Thats really how I got here(10k). But Im sick of the rollercoaster rides of money flow. Especially because Im not going to have the time to cap' because of school ect.,

So my question is, what would you start off with(unit wise or maybe betting the same ammt on every game)...when should I withdraw money? Should I try to withdraw some money every week, 2 weeks or? Point is, I want to make betting "my job" up school. And with this bankroll I think its possible. Sure seems better than getting a 20 hr job/week that pays 8/hr.

Also note that I dont play a lot of games a day...depending on the day..the most wagers I would put in on a busy day would prob. be around 10(and thats VERY rare). I avg about 2-3 wagers a day.

What would be your stratgey after hearing my situation?

So I take it you took some big shots to get to that 10K ? It doesn't sound like you will be disciplined enough if you're betting 300-3k on a game...if you really want to milk that balance and grind out a porofit, I would lower the bet size to the $200-$300 a game range.

Unless you have more in reserves...this question is very subjective.

$200 to $300. 2 to 3 % of whatever bank roll you are dealing with seems sound to me. If you are capping soundly you will win over time and this will eliminate the devastation of short term 'bad bounces'. When it grows to $12000 your unit will grow to 240 or 360 with it. If it drops to $8000 than drop your unit to 2 or 3 % of that.

Anymore than $200 is bankroll suicide and honestly it sounds like you would be pretty devasted if you lost this 10K which would make me think you should be betting $50 for a single unit and $100 for a two unit play.

Also you should take your 10K and double it working bonuses as opposed to gambling with it.

Absolutes are silly. >2% is fine if you know what you are doing. 3k is ridiculous though. 1% is a good suggestion since it is likely you don't know whether you are profitable or not, and it's better to start slow.

when should I withdraw money?

The more and more often you withdraw the slower your growth will be. It's better to get a second job and just reinvest all of your profits.

Point is, I want to make betting "my job" up school. And with this bankroll I think its possible. Sure seems better than getting a 20 hr job/week that pays 8/hr.

You're young, probally relatively inexperienced and don't have a large bankroll. Treat this as a profitable hobby/investment and not as a source of income.
