Some of their fees have gotten unreasonable when making a withdrawal via an ATM machine. Last month I did one and they charged $4 + the bank I was using charged another $2.50, so $6.50 to make a withdrawal via ATM. That in my opinion is too much money. However if it's an emergency and you want your money quickly, it's a lot cheaper than say Western Union. They also charge you $2 to transfer the money from your account to the NETeller card.
Or, if you do like I usually do, and it's not a large amount, you ask for cash back at your supermarket for a .75c charge. And you better remember that .75c charge when you withdraw the money. So suppose you go to the market and make a $10 purchase. You have $200 on your card. You then tell the cashier to make your total with cash back to $199.25, or $189.25 cash back. if you make the mistake and forget about the 75c charge, they keep reducing your account by 75c EVERY time you make that mistake.
