Lets not get out of hand here. There is a fucking huge market of people that are going to bet on sports and some of the big books will fill this void. Take WSEX, they have already thumbed their noses at the US. The Greek and 5dimes, among others, also have a huge opportunity to fill this void.

There will always be sportsbooks offshore.

And it is likely someone will emulate Pinnacle's model.

If I had the dollars, I'd be in the Caribbean tomorrow offering the exact same thing.

i just dont see it happening for the casual gambler...its gonna be a lot tougher for the professional if shops like pinny continue to shut their doors to us here in the GOOD OLE USA...its a lot tougher to roll thru bonus's when your laying -10 both sides...the dropdown box on pinny would allow many to get EV scalps on bonus requirements...for the professional its a lot easier to be a winning player when you only have to overcome -104 and not
-110....to the regular guy who just wants to bet 500 on the pats game...nothing will change...anyways...

there is a certainty here...people in the usa LOVE to gamble...walk into any bar and i bet you see SB squares....just as we love to gamble someone overseas see's nothing but big $$$$ signs from the united states clientele...im sure there are people already calling meetings offshore as to how to best capitalize on those united states bettors who can no longer play at pinnacle...

when there is a demand like the united states gambling demand, rest assured there will be someone somewhere looking to exploit it....

losing pinny hurts bc the menu of events they offered...my biggest personal bets were always movies and i just lost my #1out....

It's russian roulete if you have money offshore.

How many books are short on funds and will just run after the super bowl? There might be a few, and nows the time to get out with the money. I wouldn't trust any offshore right now. The U.S.A. is serious about this and we can see what the results will be.

They will not let anyone take bets from Americans and now they can even listen to your phone calls and of course can track what you do on your computer real easy.

You would be crazy to have any money offshore right now. Looks like I won't be leaving Las Vegas anytime soon.

First it was the Anti Gambling Act. Now this Pinny is shutting down. Who knows what will happen next. This doesn't look good for US gamblers.
