I was thinking in the same terms and I guess you could edit the payout address back to the US, but they may not send it. Could you use another payout method that would not indicate where you live?

well i would think neteller, no address info required there. Difficulty would arise if they want ID or something to verify your address..

In the past I believe they only ask for ID's before entering money into your account. Once it is entered the ID phase is over. Ottawa here I come. My Kingdom for a Canadian phonebook.
