To receive a check by Federal Express (USD and CAD account only):
Please go to the CASHIER of your Pinnacle Sports' account. From the drop down menu select Cashier Cheque Withdrawal (FedEx). Once your request is complete, the information is forwarded to our Customer Service Department for processing. You will receive an email as confirmation when your withdrawal is processed and again when your cheque is sent containing your Federal Express tracking number.
Please note: Check requests for $20 USD or less (or CAD equivalent) will be sent in cash using registered mail. You may expect delivery in approximately two weeks.
Cheques are written in the client's name only. To send your cheque we require an address (not a P.O. Box) and phone number for the Federal Express airbill. Before requesting your withdrawal, please make sure your personal details are correct using the Account Details section of your account. Cheques may be requested for up to $50,000 USD, or equivalent, only. Only one cheque may be processed per day per client. If you prefer, bank transfers may be processed for any amount.
To wire funds to your bank:
