I got an ad for this, and might be interested.

http://www.satellitetvtopc.com

Obviously, I am skeptical, both about the legality and that it actually works. The generic looking website looks kind of scary. But if it does what it claims, I think it would be a tremendous value.

Can anyone give any feedback about this? Thanks.

I think this is just FREE to Air programing, which means there is no ESPN, HBO, CNN, etc........

Of those 3000 stations, over 2000 of those are from third world countries.

The only sports you will be watching with that thing is indonesian Soccer.

They have a better dish out now, where you can get all the HBO, ESPN etc... for free.

Check it out.

I checked out the site and I am a little skeptical myself!

I think what they are doing is somehow they have this feed already on the internet, you are going to download their software and then connect to the feed they already have.

It could be possible because of the free to air tv stuff out there. Legally, I think that stuff is legal, it sells on ebay all the time. You better have a fast connection and a fast video card or else it will be grainy and choppy. It is cheap enough, try it out and let me know if it works! Then I will join up! :) I just dont want to be the 1st guinnea pig!

ahh....the old football cards

those were the days...lol

dish network is the only game in town

you need iso programmer, unlocker, a older reciever, and a yellow rom 101 or rom 102 card

search google for those terms and read read read

as far as the "free to air" recievers

I hear they are hard to set up....but I have also heard they do work....its all about finding a valid file to copy to ur reciever

the other way....with the "plastic" card......you make your own file

Hey daddy,

Ya man them football cards were great to say the least! The sports, the movies, the PORN! MAN do I miss it!

I remember watching TV, the card gets hit, run to the puter, get a new patch, be up in 1 minute! LOL, those were the days. Now its gone. I know about dish but I thought it was so much more of a hassle then dtv, maybe I am wrong and just too lazy!

I learned "charlie" right after the HU cards got zapped

I was scared at first but after learnin the ropes it became pretty easy

you just have to read is all.....read read read.....2 good sites are w*w.dsstester.c*m and w*w.dss-newbies.n*t

you can learn everything you need to know there....it all about getting the iso programmer and a unlocker....once you obtain those 2 items....then you need to get a yellow card and a older reciever.....
