I requested a payout to Neteller from Pinnacle yesterday evening. Now, when I try to login to Pinnacle, I get a screen that says:
Session has expired or cookies are disabled!
Either your session has timed out, you entered an invalid page directly, or "cookies" are not turned on in your browser. First, try and login again and if you receive this message again, follow the directions below to activate "cookies" in your browser. [/B]
To activate "cookies" in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, select Internet Options from theTools menu. Then select the Privacy tab to reveal your cookie settings. Move the slider down to choose "Accept All Cookies". Then restart Internet Explorer.
To activate "cookies" in Netscape 7.1, select Preferences from the Edit menu. Then double click on Privacy & Security in the tree view on the left and then click on cookies. Select the "Enable All Cookies" option - then the Ok button.
For all other browsers please consult your documentation or online help files.
Cookies are needed to keep track of where you are in the wagering process. They pose no security threat in that the cookies cannot directly manipulate your computer.
I have never had this problem before. I followed the instructions for Internet Explorer and it did the same thing.
Anyone else having this problem?
