cashiers check , fed ex ??

i dont have neteller , i would like to recieve a cashers check from pinny,, am i stupid to recieve a check ?? does the govt get involved ? have NO idea ?? i am sure there are several people here that have a better clue than me,, thanks

Whether it be by check or via Neteller EFT, would assume the governments possible involvement is roughly the same with both.

That's is just my opinion and sure others may think differently.

Not sure if anybody really knows for certain to be honest with you.

It is well documented that the goverment /customs are allowed to open courier packages (Fedex,UPS, etc)

I remember a case of one person that got a check sent from an online casino and the check was seized by Customs and then it all went downhill from there as noone wanted to provide any sort of explanations.

On the other hand, I bet there are thousands of people that regularly receive checks from overseas.....without a single problem.

I have recieved many payments from books by checks, and never a problem..Most of the time they are drawn on U.S banks........G.

right, they use safe pay, out of Quebec..backed by a bank in NY.
