When I signed up for the account and claimed their 20% bonus, they failed to reveal the rollover requirement. I had to email them a couple of times just to find out that their rollover requirement is 6x. Also, they will include your previous deposits into the rollover requirement. For example, if you deposit $5000, and lose all $5000, then deposit another $3000, guest what is the rollover requirement? It's not $3000x6, but ($3000+$5000) x 6. That is the most ridiculous policy out there. If I withdraw now, I will lose my winning from the bonus, which is about $1000. But I will withdraw, because there's no way I can meet their policy. If I had known about this, I would have never joined them in the first place. Now I'm trying to email them to ask about the wagering requirement and withdrawal. They refused to email me back. Their response was "We LIKE to communicate over the phone." The reason for this is so obvious: They afraid that I might use the email to hold them responsible for something that they will promise.

The owner of Vietbet posts here I think. He's made several posts about how they're anti-bonuses, don't like people who bet moving lines etc.. etc..

I crossed them off my list when I saw his posts, which I guess was his aim. Even if you're purely betting opinions, you run the risk of betting a moving line, and then running into problems.

Santo,

Feel free to do a search of all Vietbet posts, we are not anti-bonus, nor could we care less about people who bet moving lines. However, we do not care for people who are coming in strictly for scalping or bonus whoring. ( In our view, if a player has no intention of putting any money at risk, we do not care for their business. Notwithstanding that we have always paid with a smile, immediately and without comment.

New Player,

You made a deposit, recieved a bonus, made two $10 bets, made a 2nd deposit, (while you still had your entire original deposit on account)recieved a 2nd bonus, went to immediately cash out. However, if you think you have still been treated unfairly, the RX has moderators who I am sure be willing to advocate on your behalf.

As to the racial comments from the rail, " If your not part of the solution, your part of the problem".

These were the posts I was thinking of, yes I slightly misquoted, but I think I caught the essence re bonuses, the line moving must have been me getting you confused with somebody else, my apologies.

That said, if your description of the player's action is accurate, he's either a scammer, or his wagers were both +5000 winners!

Santo,

Thanks for the reply. For the record they were two $10 flat bets on NFL and NBA. The reason we generally use the phone more than email is simply that both our clients and staff generally have trouble with written English.

This may be outdated info, but I could swear that they were a Wagerweb book-and I think this is a standard Wagerweb policy.
