Another option for Pinny

If you've got a friend you trust - most people do or can find one...

Have him deposit X in Pinny in his account. You deposit X in some other account (WSEX, Oly, etc)

You log in and bet on his account. He can bet on yours... At the end of each week or month settle up on neteller.

Pay him something for his effort - dinner or a vegas hotel will prob work from time to time..

Of course they can, but they dont seem to care...

If a liquor store says you are not 21,but you come in and steal abottle of vodka, the liquor store is not liable...

Not advertising here.
Having no transactions to US banks would be pretty solid in defense...

I'd be concerned about winning there and then they decide to
freeze my account, do an "investigation", & confiscate the
funds for cheating/breaking the rules.

Yeah - Pinnacle is gonna confiscate YOUR funds.

They just passed on the opportunity to confiscate 200,000 accounts, but they are gonna steal 1. Worst they would do is tell you no more betting and pay you.

They had no excuse to take the 200,000. A thief might be handled
differently, especially one who recieved a{nother} bonus and/or is
using multiple accounts.

Pinny would never freeze your funds for doing what sean is saying, because the truth is, PINNACLE wants americans to find the loopholes. Pinnacle would love for every american customer that they ever had to find loopholes to bet at pinnacle where they are not liable. All Pinny is trying to do is stay out of trouble. As long as they have the excuse of saying they tried to keep AMERICANS out, they are good.

It would be really bad, if an american came on this forum saying that PINNY froze there funds doing what sean said, because this would discourage other Americans from using the loopholes that PINNACLE left for us to use, and thats the last thing PINNY wants.

I was not advocating getting another bonus.

I was saying deposit into a friends existing Canadian account from his neteller...

If Pinny ever asks, you live near the border. You use a proxy and it bounces you to the states you guess. Sorry. Wont do it again. Here's my Canadian license....

I spoke with one of the main guys there last night as this entire situation occurred while I was on the road travelling.

You're post is "on the mark", and those affected should be able to figure out a way to continue if they want where pinnacle will have no liability in the U.S.
