24 PICKED a really bad night for its first show of the season.

My favorite show of all-time, but the timing sucks.

I know the hard core people like me is going to TIVO the show, but for the newbies that arent so loyal, they will probably pass up on the show and watch the game tonight.

A show like 24 is so important to keep up with. You cant miss too many shows before you are lost as a goose.

Great show folks, for those of you who have not seen it yet.

i think its a great night for the opener...i have 3.5 hours of the pats then 2hours of 24....cant think of a better daily double...

just hope the pats game is a good game....

I guess I'm the only person who doesn't like 24.

Then again, I don't like any fictional dramas on censored network television.

Maybe if it was on HBO where Bauer could say fuck as many times as we know he wants to.

the second hour was much better....24 is back to its old self which is good...

i still dont like the fact that palmers brother is now the president there is no reason for him to even be on the show anymore.....they never got into any detail on jack being in china for 2years and they couldnt cut a deal to get him free before, it takes more terrorist attacks for them to wheel and deal to get him freed....stupid........that and so far they havent answered any questions as to what happened to the last president....

To the people saying they left alot of questions unanswered.

Be patient, 24 does a really good job of tying up the loose ends. All your questions will be answered in due time.

The fact that the last president and first lady are scripted for this years show tells us we will get the loose ends on that storyline. Why would anyone need or want to know all the storylines and have everything figured out after 1 hr. Why even watch the friggin show then !!

Chop, FOX always shows an encore of the opening episode every year.
My guess is they'll replay it later this week also.
