Marty did not lose this game... he has the worst luck I have ever seen... with a pic that is fumbled leading to a TD... his reciever is an inch out of the endzone on a TD catch... never seen such bad luck in my life... Guy made one mistake challenging that play but besides that Marty let his guys play and they let him down...

Think the Chargers are a year away thought it most of the season.. Rivers needed a year and he got it... I expect them to win it all next possibly... think thye are the definate favorite

Tough Break Marty hell of a job though coach...

Tough break? That challenge on the int/fumble was ridiculous. CLEAR on all angles it was a pick and fumble, but he challenges anyway. Loses a timeout that may have left enough time for one more play and a closer FG at the end.

Scott: Couldn't agree with you more. If he doesn't waste the Timeout on the challenge, they have 2 minutes left. Then they can sprinkle in at least 1 or 2 Tomlinson runs and give Kaeding a shot at a 45 yard FG instead of 54.

Not kicking a 47 yard and going for 4th and 11 should be imprinted on his tombstone...that was as bad or worse than the challenge which cost his team an all important TO in the 4th quarter, there wasn't one thing on that play that deserved to be looked at again, not one!

Listen guys it is easy to look back on things... but he challenged right away... NE rushed to the line his players probably told him that it wasn't a catch or whatever... he trusted them... Also guys if he gets it on 4-11 he is great... this is the problem I have Kaeding obviously showed he didn't have any range today... IDk if he makes that... IDK guys every coach makes mistakes throughout a game... It is easy to look back on it and say what a mistake...

First thing Marty should do is fire the coach in the coaches box upstairs that told him to challenge that play.
