I put money into my Pinny account last Saturday (1-06). I placed a request for a withdrawal this morning and later received an email stating that I had to wait 10 banking days before I can withdraw my funds. I called the 800 number and I was told I had to wait until this Friday before I could request a withdrawal. Has anyone else had these problems? I had a great week and I don't want to get screwed because I'm an American customer.

sounds like an e-check or something that has to clear first is all it is.

The echeck cleard my bank last Wednesday. I think it's ridiculous to make me wait 2 weeks to withdraw my money.

They are just waiting to make sure everything has cleared - you will undoubtedly be paid.

I have the exact same situation - depositied the 6th with echeck, and have to wait. Let's hope Citidel isn't shutdown in the next few.

Even though it posted on your banks end, it doesn't clear and get posted with the receiving party(Pinny) for several days.
Once it does post at Pinny,
you will have to withdraw using E-Check as well.
Again you won't have access to the cash from your bank until it clears and they actually post it. It usually doesn't take as long for the withdraw to clear and be posted by your bank.

Pinny says up front that deposits via check are held 12 business days before you can withdraw.

Have no worries, you'll get your money.
