First in regards to Neteller. I ususally use insta-cash to fund either my poker account or cris (to avoid the fees). Weird yesterday the insta cash did not work for the poker site. It ended up working later in the evening. I found it strange.

But here is my other question. If I remember correctly this bill was to wipe out sports betting and online poker BUT it was OK to play the ponies. If that is the case how can they track what I am going to do with my deposit or withdrawl and how can Neteller or books that offer horse racing refuse to accept US money. For example I want to put $100 into Cris to play the ponies. I win $500 and want to take it back out. Is this also going to be blocked? How can they track if I placed a Bball bet rather than the ponies?

Any help is appreciated because I do like Cris for the ponies.

The government does not think like that.

Someone with ALOT of money is behind ending online gaming and until the someone stops paying the government the money, they will keep using fear as a tactic.

The best thing that could happen would be for Neteller to say fuck you. For the whole free world to say fuck you, but it never will.
