VIP Sports offers decent bonii and promotions. Having been with them for several years, they seem to operate in an acceptable manner.
Their interface, although improved, can still be a little hard to use.
It seems to me that VIP's lines are remarkably close to Olympic's.
Overall, an OK book. Maybe not a must have, but they still get a thumbs up from me.

If you are a dog bettor or steam chaser and consistently win they cut your limits to $500/$250 so fast it will make your head spin. They also like to play games with bonuses. If you are a lifetime winner there you cannot get a bonus, but they won't tell you until AFTER you reload.

Other than that a decent book. Interface is poor but they are changing it. Payouts and stability are A+

Shit book. Will cut limits very fast if you win. Software blows. Strictly a recreational (Square) book. Sharps and pros need not apply. Bonus offers are a joke. Other then that I think they are great.

Why do you guys say their bonus offers & policies are a joke?

As far as i can tell they are offering to new accounts a 100%
bonus up to $200 with 5x rollover. Freeplay?

Can Rx members recieve this if they were previously at GameDay?

They have a rule in place where one can only recieve a bonus from ONE of their books..........although some have been able to get bonuses at some of their sisters books...............they gave me one for VIP and GAMEDAY a few years ago.-FH-

they used to be one of the best 'small books' out there. customer service was exceptional at one point. now youre lucky if you even get a response to your email. they kinda went in the shitter overall. i believe they had a change in management a few years ago. theyre no longer a book im a hurry to get money into. im sure they are upstanding as far as paying people and all that. but theyre not close to what they were in the past.

I agree with Prodigy.

For example, they once had an EXCELLENT Live Chat service. Now, they changed to an inferior software, and no one answers you on it.

For example, they once credited your bonus minutes after you asked for it. Now, well, I am still waiting for a response to several e-mails I have sent them since my deposit yesterday

They went from having one of the best customer service staffs to one of the worst. That and reliable payouts were about the only thing they had going for them...now all they have are reliable payouts.

They do not reply to emails...the phone often goes unanswered for extended periods of time (which after finally talking to someone you will wish they never picked up)...

Horrible software
Horrible customer service
Horrible lines
Reliable payouts

IMO VIP is much improved these days.

I opened an account with VIP mid football season in 1999 and bet the Titans to win the AFC. My deposit was $500 and I bet on $250 on the Titans. I can't remember the exact return.
A few months after winning that bet I went on a nice rush and about 6 months after my initial deposit I ran my balance up to $9700.
I cashed out $7700 of this and it took 7 weeks to get paid. I used to email them every single day back.

I swore I was never going to use them again but they got me back through there free contests and promotion offers. I've cashed a few hundred several times in these various free contests and the cash out speed was always quick.

I use them now from time to time still and overall am happy with them despite the slow pay back 6.5 years ago.

This is the kind of thread that makes me wonder about how some of you guys can come in here and say "how can you play at xyz book when SBR rates them d or c minus etc".. Then on the other hand a book like VIP is rated A+. there. Just doesn't make sense to me and for the record I have nothing at all against SBR and try to work with them (especially Bill Dozer) whenever possible to help a poster.

My point is if VIP is so bad how can they be rated A+ there? Take SBG Global and Sportsbook.com both D rated at SBR, is VIP that much better than them two but still as bad as you are making sound like in this thread?

I don't know Wil, I still use VIP, don't get me wrong, but the truth is their Live Chat is a complete misnomer since no one appears to be at the other end, and one shouldn't have to send e-mail after e-mail to chase down a reload bonus (which I still don't have
by the way).
Maybe some of us were spoiled in the past :)

SBR has been in bed with VIP since they had the most profitable affiliate terms in the industry. That is where the rating comes from. Nine.com had their ratings increased right after their affiliate terms improved as well (before joining the VIP group).

VIP is very similar to Sportsbook.com. I would give them both a D. SBG Global are thieves and should be an F in my opinion.

Call me naive then, but I find it hard to believe SBR would sell A+ ratings, if that is true then Royal, BetUS, SBG or anyone for that matter could go A+ with a great affiliate deal right?
