If you want to send money from your neteller account to another place besides your bank account, I think these 2 places are about as solid as the come.

Unlike sportsbooks, where 80 to 90% of there business is from the U.S, POKERSTARS and FULLTILT can more than survive without U.S action.

And if and when the day comes where they shut as out in the U.S, they will have more than enough funds to pay everyone out as they are kicking you out the door.

Another reason you have no worries with these 2 places, is because they have a reputation and business to protect. Alot of these sportsbooks, when they leave the U.S market are going to shut the doors on there whole operation. This leaves less motivation for these books to pay you when they close.

Pokerstars and Fulltilt will be around long after the U.S losses access to these places.

And yet another reason why these 2 places are safer than sportsbooks.

The U.S would get serious oposition from around the globe if they ever tried to freeze the funds of these 2 places for the simple fact that at least half of the money they are freezing would be non U.S peoples money.

Its one thing to freeze the assets of a place like BOS where over 90% of the money is U.S money, its a whole different story when you are freezing money from people all around the world. You talk about some serious backlash.

And finnally, I think POKERSTARS and maybe even Fulltilt are just as big if not even bigger than the mighty Pinnacle.

Plus, there % of customers is highly tilted towards Americans.

Plus Doyle Brunson is a very high profile person, and would make big headlines in the news if the goverment could figure out a way to arrest him somehow.

I have to disagree with you there.

Not as good as the other 2 places.

Chop is 100 percent correct.

Pokerstars, like Party Poker, has a large overseas clientelle. If they decide to close up shop in the US, you can be sure that you will get paid.

Not to mention, Pokerstar is known for having the best support out there.

FULL TILT has no LESS than 12 HIGHLY VISABLE PROFESSIONALS promoting them on TV/MAGAZINES/ETC.,/ETC.

FULL TILT and POKERSTARS are by far the two most popular pokersites to mainstream america.

Doyles is nary a blimp on the radarscreen compared to these two media giants.

Having said that, I think AMERICANS money is safe at all three at the current moment.
