BetJamaica

The online gaming industry is constantly evolving. Here at BetJamaica we look at each of these changes as an opportunity to make your wagering experience with us a positive one, Often changes do result in things getting better. Be assured that we value you as our client and strive to deliver the widest range of options and the very best in customer service.

You may be aware that several popular payment processors have recently elected to discontinue servicing the US market. It was disappointing to see their departure however we are encouraged to still see many new and existing processors remain.

A review of our current banking options demonstrates that Western Union, Money Gram, MyATM, SolidPay, bank wires, FedEx and credit cards deposits remain strong. We are also excited to offer our clients a fantastic new transfer method which is fast, convenient and incredibly low cost.

A new Transfer Card is now available to current clients. The Transfer Card allows you to easily make deposits and withdrawals for the low price of 50 cents to and from BetJamaica. All transactions are completed in less than 30 minutes.

Click Here to request your Transfer Card today and enjoy its many benefits.

I am proud of the reputation we've established as the best customer service organization in the industry. If you ever have a question or a concern I invite you to personally call me or any of our representatives.

Best regards,
Scotty Johnson

I think they should waive any fee especially since they charged us 5 for regular 10 for express for the other card that went belly up.

ya they want to know your birthdate and driver license number

Im assuming for some type of identification purposes...and if the b-day and DL number dont match up....then Id bet you dont get the card

anyhow....Im not giving out that information

you give out that type of info....and the paper trail begins:ughhh:

why in the hell would they need a DL number anyway

I mean giving a b-day you could throw them off by changing the year....but giving the wrong DL#....your name wouldnt match it

maybe someone could hit scotty up and ask him why this information is needed to obtain a debit card when you are already a acct holder and they have your info

How are we suppose to get with $0 in our account? It costs $5 or $10 to send.

I am not willing to explore other methods (WU, Cashier Check, etc.) at this time to send $.

how do you physically deposit/withdraw with that card?

i am wondering the same thing, I spoke with scotty and he says that eligible customers can still apply with a zero balance, and the account will be allowed to go into the negative.

Now if only they would start offering some of the options Pinny did.... looks like 5 Dimes is stepping in to this realm a little.

Love the card idea though.

I exchange multiple emails with the CS and she asked me to do WU or Moneygram to Betjam.

I don't think I want to send anymore money at the moment. I have so much dough tied up at mutiple books.
