The Neteller stoppage really blows. My questions is that if you request a check payout from Cris (that is who I use) and they send a check, will the banks determine it is from a offshore gambling site and not honor it? That will be the next phase I would assume in this commi crackdown..

Any insight would be appreciated..

and when the shiy hit the fan with the signing of the bill I remember someone posting that the funding for this bill was 10 million and that could not do a thing...seems like that the funding is doing the job huh?

I've only gotten a few checks in the past as most refunds were sent back to the card that I used, but going back to 1999 and 2000, at a different book, I received a check drawn on a bank in NY (imagine that). There was no way I could tell that it came from the sports book. The check was for just over $32K and it cleared in about 5 to 7 days....Not exactly sure where other books keep their money, but would guess it would be drawn on a third party bank and it will not show up BetCRIS or Bodog (examples) on the check. There will probably be a DBA, or LLC, or some other name on the check. Again, there should be no way the bank will know....Hope this helps.
