I use Moneygram when I can....Much cheaper to send money as it is a flat rate. I have never taken cash this way so can not tell you what they charge comming back to you............G

You can find MoneyGram locations almost everywhere in larger cities: supermarkets, banks, etc. Even if you don't have an account at a bank you can still send a MoneyGram from there and they don't charge you extra for not having a bank account there.
