Is there anyone out there that are going about this with a business as usual attitude? I would say my betting has decreased 67% (2/3 less wagers) a nite as I find my money and my time are being spent on w/d's.

Would love to hear from a few with this attitude, would be a nice change of pace.

It may be business as usual for players who only use one or two books like The Greek or BetJamaica....

however,

for many, who are constantly moving money around with the click of a mouse to further scalping and bonusing..... they are certainly affected.....

That would be me....as the previous poster noted its a hassle not to move money around as easily but besides that its business as usual. I'm only using the good books so I figure my "worst case scenario" is that I get booted if they leave the US market. I figure that adapting to change and dealing with risk is part of life, and certainly part of life as a sports bettor. Life goes on, change is inevitable and all we can do is deal with it....

I'm funded at 4 books....Cris, 5Dimes, Matchbook, and BetTrojan

When I heard the news about Neteller I moved money out of neteller into Cris and 5Dimes.

I'm not worried about my money right now. I'm focused on making good bets, getting good lines. I like to build my bankroll up for a while before withdrawing so I am not gonna worry about how I will get my money for a while. There will be a way.

I think sports bettors are more equipped to deal with Risk then other types of customers.

You would think so, but judging from the hysteria that results anytime anything happens that doesn't appear to be the case. Maybe its because sports gamblers are more paranoid than the average joe...

I am funded at:

Olympic
DSI
Nine
Mansion
Matchbook
Skybook
SIA
5 Dimes
SIA
Bodog

Unless these books would do a book to book transfer I do not even know how I would fund a new book - I have not sent money offshore in years nor do I collect - I have just let it grow - I am waiting a new neteller.

I think books should take away bonuses and concentrate on lowering WU transfer fees and making it as easy as possible for people to move money that way for starters....moving under a dime and under is still very easy that way.

I consistently find good lines at Matchbook and Trojan. Trojan is slow to move and I love it when I see something like this...

Cris will have +5 -110
Trojan has +5.5 -105

Mostly using Cris for halves and totals for smaller games. Pinny was best for this but these will do for now.

In a few months once we know which books dont become insolvent after the superbowl, it will be business as usual for me. I expect my profits to increase going forward.

There are actually three very big positives:

Lines are all over the place. Lines are taking a long time to move. There is no more copy pinnacle!!!

You will see very nice bonuses.

The other reason is not privy to a public forum.

Anyways, good luck.

That was the main appeal of Pinny for me. The ease of moving money, and early lines at low juice.

A whole Neteller fiasco interrupted things a little, other than that, business as usual.

It wouldn't surprise me to see that happen....at least in the near term the books will want to focus on keeping their existing client base and/or making it easy for other experienced players to use their books and not concern themselves with trying to lure new players with bonuses. At some point, obviously, that will change but it would seem to me a smart play for the books to focus on the transfer fee end of it right now...
