I'm sure some of you have read this article already as it was written a little while back but it is very good in showing that this bill is about money. In it, it evens quotes Goodlatte making a statement about billions of dollars going offshore. It also details how much of a hypocrite his ban is as it does not touch the horse industry or lotteries. This guy has some influential people backing him to get a ban like this through.
