european-based company that is very sketchy in its way of dealing. I thought about doing a bank transfer but felt skeptical when I saw that I had to send it to some kind of bank in Germany before they can even accept it.

i tried to doing the 1 to 2 dollars credit card thing today and it would not let me..ck

Unless you have a good foreign "identity" established forget about it--they stopped taking US clients a long time ago...

At the moment (depending on your book) Western Union or similar service or a FedEx cashier's check.

That is not true, US citizens can open an account there.

That report is not true. I have a friend in the USA who recently signed up at Moneybookers and I transferred him some funds to his MB account.

Sorry for the duplicate post above--if this is true I'd like some verification from the company.

Maybe they don't allow gambling transactions for US folks. But they do allow US citizens to open accts which you said they can't. I don't see anything in their terms of service about not being able to fund a gambling site. I guess anyone interested in an acct there could email and ask them.

Pretty pointless to have an account with them if they don't allow gambling transactions......that makes them a less widely accepted version of PayPal
