MANSION - Log In Problems?

-About 3 weeks ago I encountered a problem with mansion I would get a message that said "Technical Problem, please try again".

-After several hours with customer service, we figured out that when I disconnected my router and I hooked up my desktop directly to my cable modem I could log in correctly.

-Well starting today, even when I dont have my router connected I get the technical problem error....

-I also called my friend who lives in another province with another internet provider and he got the same error? which leads me to beleive that it might be a problem with my profile

-CS at mansion has no clue what is going on, anyone else having this problem with Mansion?

sorry i can't be of any help...haven't had that problem and am logged in without problems via cox in san diego...

Just logged in from southern Ontario using a third party ISP thru Bell Canada phone lines. No problems with login to Mansion.

might be macromedia flash. I used to have that problem too.

Same exact problem here. Wasnt at the top of my priority list with all the goings on so haven't tried to address it as of yet. If you figure out what needs to be done please pass it along and I will do the same.

are you having a FLASH problem Royalfan or are you having the same problem with the technical message that I am having?

I did a few tests tonite, my friend gave me his user name and password and I WAS able to log in,

when I gave him mine, HE WAS NOT, so it had me thinking it must be something fucked up with my profile and all of a sudden has nothing to do with my router or internet connection.

im going to call them tomorrow during business hours, I think they are 6 hours ahead of eastern so when I get up it should be mid day over there.

completely different problem. I was just able to log in. Should have checked before my post. I was not able to get the mansion site to come up for the last two days for some reason. Just rebooted my computer an hour ago and when I just now tried again I was able to get the page and login fine. Sorry for the confusion.
