-About 3 weeks ago I encountered a problem with mansion I would get a message that said "Technical Problem, please try again".
-After several hours with customer service, we figured out that when I disconnected my router and I hooked up my desktop directly to my cable modem I could log in correctly.
-Well starting today, even when I dont have my router connected I get the technical problem error....
-I also called my friend who lives in another province with another internet provider and he got the same error? which leads me to beleive that it might be a problem with my profile
-CS at mansion has no clue what is going on, anyone else having this problem with Mansion?
