Not trying to steal anyone elses topics but thought with the heavy volume of readers/contributors we could come up with some solutions that maybe someone of importance in the offshore industry can expand on. More or less suggestions to make this whole thing go smoother with each big step the industry has to take. I am sure with alot of smart people viewing this forum that we can come up with some decent ideas.
I just don't understand why Pinnacle closed - unless the people behind it were US citizens or were going to come to the US they did not need to close in my opinion - I'm an attorney and I just don't see how the US government can legally go after non americans in other countries for offering something that is legal in their country - I understand they can shut down transfer methods - Neteller shut down because these two arrested run the company no matter what they tell you - just like Shrink runs EOG.

A weed dealer from amsterdam could not sell his product to Americans even though it is legal where he is. The U.S. Goverment would go and get the man selling the weed to Americans.
Right now they want a Canadien Citizen for selling weed seeds to Americans. They want Canada to extadite him to the States to arrest him. They just might talk Canada into giving him up.
But money laundering is much more serious and that is why this is the route the Goverment is taking. It is a smart move by them because like was said earlier, No country can ignore money laundering and if the U.S. Goverment tells Costa Rica these Books are breaking money laundering laws then there's not much anybody can do about it except run!

He's talking about Marc Emery, self professed pot legalization activist and publisher of Cannabis Culture magazine. He went out of his way to piss off the Feds, including selling pot seeds online. To a certain extent, he's done whatever he can to make a name for himself--its not like he's tried to fly under the radar....

Canadien police took him into custody with a warrent from the U.S.A. read it and there's so many more stories like this that you people don't know about that never hits the news for obvious reasons.
The U.S.A conducts raids all over the world every day and none of it hits the news for obvious reasons.

Here's another article about his extradition hearing....it includes the following tasty quote. Technically the guy is right that he's being extradited for selling pot, but its not like he's just some misguided hippie selling a few buds. He's basically sought to force conflict with the judicial system in Canada, and now the US and he admits as much with his comments...
Of course it's "apples and oranges" anyway....possession of small amounts of pot is decriminalized in some states, but its specifically illegal in every state in the country. Placing a bet online is specifically illegal in only a handful of states.

Notice that no one has been arrested outside of the US. The money laundering is a bullshit tactic that won't stand up in court since no laundering of money is taking place. No one is being sought after outside the US for placing wagers or for depositing monies at offshore books.

1 thing I do know alot about is the world domination that has been planed for a long time. This is a problem for me in this life as I have no trust in this Goverment that has turned it's back on every average citizen that walks the streets in this Country and works to make life easy for the Master Planners who have taken over The U.S.A. with a little trick called Money lending and Interest.
The richest people are in control of trillions of dollars. Not billions, but trillions! They have control over all the insurance industry that is the single biggest rip-off in the history of the world. They make laws! They control this country thru money. They also own most of the industrys in this Country right now and have been buying them year after year.
In the last 100 years the people in this country could have built the greatest country the world has ever seen. But all that happen is our population was tricked into working slavery where the slaves really never own anything.
And the proof of that is when you think about it:
A hundred years and 200 million people working together and what have we got? We have people living on the streets who have no food and we have people who work like mad just to put a roof over their childrens heads, but can't even afford to insure them. (why) We have people who work and work just to own a house and car and if anyone of these people lose their jobs they will be out in the streets like alot of people are!
We have as a Country worked very hard and as single people we have millions and millions of people who struggle every day just to live decent. That is a travesty!
How could we have wasted all this work power just to make a few familys rich beyond imagination! And they want more now!
How can we have people struggling just to eat and have a roof over their head? What a disgrace this Country is and every person who lives here!!

George Bush can't do anything without being told what to do. He is the 1 president who actually shows this. He is clueless when he has to explain anything. He is a clown.
