My caveat about having no real way of knowing notwithstanding, I'm going to suggest that you'll see very few dead, done, shut the lights out books. You may see a few more cut their ties to the US market after the SB but, again, that's also idle speculation. In some ways having their money transfers from the US disrupted just before the Superbowl could be a blessing in disguise for the books since it'll limit the "public" money coming in that just want to bet the Superbowl and then withdraw. Granted, it limits their potential profits on the game but it also limits their potential downside should the game have a disadvantageous outcome for the books...at this point anyone who's gone to the trouble of funding their account from the US or has kept their money there will probably be "in the game" betting college hoops or whatever after the Superbowl...
So that's my prediction: all of the big books will still be open. You may see a marginal book or two shut down but I don't see any major collapse. May see some books that have waited until after the Superbowl to pull out of the US market do so.
