Great except that these poker idiots constantly say that the Wire Act makes sportsbetting illegal in the US.

Im sick of it. These fucking poker guys are morons. It is NOT ILLEGAL to place a sports wager in the USA under federal law, and the Wire Act only covers those TAKING bets.

Poker dorks are one of the main reasons we are in the trouble we are in today.

Poker clowns all by themselves have killed the offshore option for the sports bettor, no question. That is the main reason for the rush to pass any legislation the past year. Combination of credit card debt/ complaints and 24hr coverage, flaunting it on TV a bad combination.
