assuming a cc works, is it always considered a cash advance? how can you find out before using it? the cash advance fees would eat up the bonus.

In my case it doesnt show up as a cash advance, it rather shows up as a normal purchase (im in Canada)

It can't be a cash advance with them. I just used them and it told me it was some kind of purchase after approval.

I have a small account with VIP and attempted to draw out $100 right after the e-check crap hit the fan this week to see if it would work. It just went through, I believe. But here is what I got today from their CS...

that wait is only for your first withdrawal after a CC deposit. Any withdrawals after that will usually be processed in 24 hours (except Sundays where no W/D are processed).

I've been happy with VIP which still works with CC deposits and processed large withdrawals with no fees and fairly quickly
