All they do is reload and plug in new players and coaches and get to super bowls. Probably the best at scheming opponents offenses and making in game adjustments as well. This is probably his best coaching job ever, winning with players off the streets.

in order to show his true greatness i think he should resign from the pats and go coach my raiders for 5 years or so. yeah that's the plan.
