And for that matter, the "Manning can't win the big one" talk.

Manning one the big one. Bellichick got outcoached, and in the end, Brady turns the ball over.

I guess they are human.

I agree. We had to listen to enough of that last week when they got lucky and then the Pats backers attributed it to skill and Brady's record.

without Venetiera all those years winning the game for both of them we would've never heard all this talk of how great they are in the past.

AMEN TO THAT!!!!!!

I'd rather listen to the two black head coach stories for two weeks than listen to what a genius Belichik is.

I was telling people here the same thing...if the Pats had won, there's no way I would've watched Sportscenter for the next two weeks. Actually, I probably would've killed myself if both the Bears AND Pats made the Super Bowl.

Thank fucking goodness.

I agree, only Brett Favre the "gunslinger" gets his dick sucked more by ESPN than BB/Brady. Nice break from all that this year.

Would like to see Favre in this game one more time, but thank God Pats are out

Call me nuts. I had the Patriots but was glad the Colts won (I guess you can do that when you don't have too much riding on the game. Beside, I won more on the Bears than I lost on the Pats). Also, despite the horseshoe remaining firmly entrenched up the Pats you know what after recovering the fumble in the end zone, perhaps it finally dropped out when (a) the Colt lineman recovered the fumble in the end zone for the TD and (b) when Reggie Wayne recovered his fumble in mid-air (which would have stayed with the Colts irregardless because of the roughing call).

lol. 3 SBs in 5 years, Divisional loss last year, AFC Champ loss this year...
2 first round picks this year.
yeah that pats are done.

one game isn't the end of the world. it's too bad for NE fans they didn't make it, but it's not like they had a 6-10 season and missed the playoffs.

:nopityA:

I think the Pats are about to slide....their age on defense is starting to show, and let's be honest, they did it with smoke and mirrors on offense, Evans, Caldwell, Gafney....Dillon is clearly on his last legs.

Props to NE for sticking around this long, they are very well coached and make clutch plays when they have to. Most dynasty's (Pittsburg, Cowboys, 49'rs) would have wilted by now.
