I got stuck with 50 k in neteller and just wanted to bail on the offshore
for a while. I called Cris Monday and they said I could only get 4900
on a bank draft check or some such thing. I had 37 k in there. I asked
if I could get a bank wire for more and the clerk said no. I could call
back tomorrow and get another check ordered. I inquired about the
"only 1 withdrawal per 7 day rule" and he said no I could call back tomorrow and get another check. He also sent 1500 money gram. The next day I called and was told I could not withdraw again because I had
withdrawn yesterday and would have to wait 7 days. I told the clerk what the clerk had told me the day before and that I would really like
to get my balance down to 20 k or so if possible. He spoke to his supervisor and came back and said no I couldn't for 7 days. He also
recommended that if I wanted a large amount to do a bank wire. This
annoyed me for just a second. I told him what the clerk had said the day
before and he apologized and said there was a lot of confusion right about
now with everything happening. I could withdraw as much as I wanted
in 7 days thru a bank wire. I hung up. I thought about it for a few minutes and called back and asked if I could just get one big bank wire and I would leave them alone. They immediately said yes. The entire 37 k has been withdrawn from my account. It is not in my bank yet but I feel certain it will be.
My longwinded point is this. I'm not saying one should be offshore right
now, but if they are I would think Cris would be a very good choice. There is obviously a lot of confusion right now and they can't give the free Friday neteller payouts but they seem to be pretty solid.
