I requested a check on Monday and one on Tuesday, both via Fedex ($28.50 per). I've yet to receive any tracking numbers or checks. According to my latest chat today, checks have been delayed due to volume related to Neteller shutting down. He still couldn't tell me when I'd receive the checks. He guessed by Monday. We'll see.
After reading a similar thread across the street, I called MB and spoke to someone who gave the same info. as the chat earlier plus a little more. Their 3rd party processor has been backed up handling checks for MB, WSEX, and others. Daily volume has gone from 10-20 checks to hundreds. They expect to be caught up mailing by Monday. And they're going to refund all Fedex fees due to the delay.
She did say they could cancel the requests and do a book-to-book transfer instead, but I'm going to give them a couple of more days first. I assume if I were to transfer my balance, I'd have to do a rollover at the new book before withdrawing and that doesn't interest me.
