That is the link to find your Senator and contact info. You can simply email them. Here's mine;

The reason I am writing today us because of a bill that was passed late last year banning internet gambling. I am not one of those high stakes poker players that plays online. Instead I like to wager on football. I must admit I have made quite a bit of money over the years doing so. I think banning internet gambling is wrong because you simply cannot tell me where I can and cannot spend my money.
If there was another way that was regulated through the governement the so it could be taxed and the American people could benefit. Instead people have to look for something offshore. Why not give us an option Senator? Regulate internet gambling and run it through legitimate casinios in Las Vegas. The tax dollars it would bring in could do wonders for our budget. I think as a leader in Washington you propose something like this. Why should gamblers send their money overseas? People that want to gamble are going to find a way to do it so why not give us options that will benefit our country?

Complete waste of time. May as well send that letter to your dog. When will you realize that your representatives and senators do not give a SHIT about you until election time? THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO. They don't give a rat's ass what we, their "constituents" want. If you think we have a representative form of government, you are sadly mistaken. THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO. We only see these clowns at election time, going on TV saying how much their opponents suck. You never see them at any other time. See how much they care about you? THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO.

Just one question. In reading comments like "waste of time, too late. they don't give a chit about you untill re-election time" etc. could someone answer me this ...

Those people I see during the election rallys & presidential elections, in the Arenas are always so up beat, can't say enough about the guy they are supporting, etc ..when in the end ALL THESE POLITICIANS DO IS FUCK EVERYONE OVER. Are these people paid or just dumb and blind ?

When I go to vote, I listen to what each guy/girl has to say and then think to myself .... WHICH ONE WILL FUCK ME LESS ?? THATS WHO GET'S MY VOTE.

So true ... once in office they have to return all those favours to people who got them into office. And guess what .. it's not your average voter that is at the top of the list. You get back ontop when re-election comes around.

Politics ... Bullshit at it's best!

Would like to see Hilary get a shot. Bush has fucked things up pretty good over the years, let's see how a woman does.

If she's anything like Bill, could be just what America needs.

Come on Kidslick, think about it. FOLLOW THE MONEY. All the forms of gambling you list bring in money to someone in the US, be it the Indian Reservation (we must feel sorry for what we did to the Native Americans), the state, or whoever. Online gambling delivers NOT ONE CENT to the state government or anyone in the US. It's not the GAMBLING that the government opposes, it's the fact that it's going on and the states aren't receiving one cent from it. If the government wanted to abolish gambling, there would be no riverboats, no lotteries, no race tracks, etc. But they are cash machines for the states.

Yeah, I know, just legalize and tax it. But if the US Government did that, they would be admitting defeat, that they cannot stop it. The arrogance of the US Government will not allow that. Our government must appear as the biggest baddest government on the planet, and to suddenly legalize it and tax it would be to admit defeat, something our government cannot do due to its bravado.
