A couple weeks ago I deposited $264 with Betcris I moved some poker money and had $264 left in neteller so I said why not I never played there before and they had a 21% sign up bonus so that would of been an extra $55 and I actually looked on they're website before I signed up to see how much you had to deposit to qualify but didnt see anything so I signed up and made the deposit of $264 but in the welcome email I got after I depsoited it clearly stated deposit $300 to qualify for the bonus that pissed me off a little cause if I saw it on they're website I would of thrown another $40 in my neteller account and deposited the $300

Now what pissed me off a lot was a couple days ago I withdrew $600 by neteller and had to pay $30 fee WTF only book or pokerroom that I ever withdrew from that I had to pay a neteller withdrawal fee.

So a book that offers average at best to crappy lines I got no sign up bonus and had to pay a $30 withdrawal fee so for a top book I'm just a little dissapointed

it sounds shitty, and this info may not help you now, but BetCris offers a FREE NETELLER payout on Fridays if you request before noon (I think). You can double check with them but I am pretty sure that is it.

also, their 300$ policy on bonuses has always been there.

Best thing to do going forward, is before you click submit and send money to a book is to check with Live Chat or get someone from the book on the phone.

You should have checked the website, live chat, emailed or called. FREE on Fridays. No need to waste money. Just check first.

Yeah, it sucks that the terms and conditions are so hard to find on their website, I had the same problem trying to figure out the deal.

I actually think it's better to email the book rather than use phone or live chat because that way you've got some written documentation backing up your correspondence (proof) when you hear back -- plus you often get a name on the email. If you have no choice but to use live chat, you can always take a screenshot of the conversation I suppose.

I simply copy and paste my live chat log into a word document, works fine for me!

Yeah, but couldn't you just type whatever you want in the word doc? In the event of a dispute I feel better with an email, but I'm lucky because it's never come to that.

Ya I mean its no huge deal it would just be better if you could find stuff a little more easier ya know on they're site instead of having to call or email them and that free neteller payout on friday I had no idea and would have never though to even look for something like that I guess theres a reason for it but I would think if it cost something to one day why would'nt it cost the same to withdraw any other day ya know, acouple samll details ended up costing me $100 cdn but anyway shit happens and its no big deal.
