Hello Cascade.

The banking page doens't work. I emailed them twice, no response. They don't answer the phone.

Edit: They said to send the withdrawal request to customerservice@cascadesportsbook.com

They resopnded to my inquiry frmo the customer service address i pasted above, but when i replied to that adderss, my email got bounced back...weird. i'll try to the richard j

sportsavant its an email for cascadesportsbook the 2 other email addresses I have bounced backhno:hno:hno:

The site worked awful today. I really don't think it's the software either because the same software works well at other books. I think the internet at the newfacility is not as good. If you want to be competitive cascade you need a website that works smoothly.

They are basically unreachable through e-mail. When you call customer service, you get told to call back. When you finally put in a withdrawal request, they tell you to call back next week and they MIGHT have a tracking number for you. They have seriously slipped from being a great book just a couple of months ago...
