Why is EPASSPORTE legal and Neteller not legal?

Whats the deal here?

How come EPP does not have the same issues as Neteller? They are basically the same model.

Something tells me this will be gone in weeks, not months.

Chop- from what was told to me by a Cris rep. You had to have an account before the legislation for many of these sites. I tried the ewallet and it did not work. The clamp down sure has some bite as I thought there would be no way they could do this. I was wrong

None of these processors have been proven to be illegal in a court of law.

the unlawful internet gambling act of 2006 gives prosecutors the ammo they need to go after the processors.. hence the neteller arrests. the difference is that the neteller guys made the mistake of stepping foot onto US soil. I am going to continue this thought in a new thread...
