Skybook, The greek, and Bet Jamaica.

All the other ones can go to hell. How hard is it to get decent customer service people? Spend the extra $2.00 hr and hire people who have a clue.

I just tried to get something straightened out with VIP and they put me on hold for a full ten minutes. I hang up and call back and it's another ten minutes. Never again.

Same scenario here. I threw a dime or two in there to try and help this site out and just give VIP a little action. What a mistake. They have the worst customer service of any book I have used...and that is saying something.

Have you tried putting a bet in over the phone? You need a UN translator to get it placed.

Yes...it was a painful experience. I only tried it once and I would never do it again. Not only could you not understand what they were saying, but they had no clue what I was talking about when I simply wanted to buy a half point. It was unreal.
